@MikeSnow_Man

My name is Mike Snow and I’m a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am currently in my second year on the coaching staff at Marian University Wisconsin, primarily working with our hitters and outfielders. I have previously coached on the travel circuit at the 15U and 17U levels and assisted with numerous camps and clinics including ones hosted by the Milwaukee Brewers, College Scouting Bureau, and Central Michigan University.

I played my final 3 years at Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin after transferring in my
sophomore season. I was a 3-year starter and a 2-year team captain during my time as a Sabre. During 2021, I was named the NACC offensive player of the week. In addition to playing at Marian, I also competed in several different summer leagues in Colorado, Canada, and North Carolina. During the summer of 2020, I was named to the All-Star game and won a championship with the Guilford Lumberkings of the Old North State League.

In high school, I won back-to-back state championships in 2015 and 2016 and was named an academic All-American at the Arizona Fall Classic.

I am passionate about helping athletes reach their personal and team goals. I take pride in building trust and honesty with all of my players so I can push them to be their best.

Dylan Carrington - ASSISTANT COACH

DC.jpg

Dylan Carrington is entering his first year of coaching in the Dairyland Collegiate League after previously playing in the league for two summers (Lake Mills 94’s & Lakeside Beach Bums). He received his bachelors degree in business at Edgewood College (Madison, WI) in 2024.

While playing at Edgewood Carrington was used as an infielder until a torn ACL pushed him to the DH role. As a hitter he was a contributor to an offense that led Edgewood College to their 3rd consecutive NACC conference tournament, the first time in program history achieving such feat. Carrington hit .301 with 30 RBI and 4 HR in 39 career DCL games.

Carrington’s coaching career began at Middleton HS in 2022, his Alma matter. Since, he has developed a passion in understanding biomechanics and the correlation to on field success. His coaching experience extends beyond the high school level as he has worked numerous youth camps in southern Wisconsin.

“This league gives not only quality talent from around the country and globe, but top notch training and development with DCL staff and coaches to create the best possible summer ball experience.”
