FERNANDO GUTIERREZ - ATHLETIC TRAINER

Originally from Tranquility, California, Fernando went to Tranquility High School and attended West Hills College in Coalinga, California. he then attended Northwestern College Iowa and was a member of the Raiders baseball middle infield. Fernando graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. In the summer of 2017 he signed a contract to play  professional baseball for the Centinela's De Mexicali(Mexico).

After his professional baseball career, Fernando went back to school and received his Masters in Athletic Training from Fresno Pacific University in 2020.

Currently, he is a certified Athletic Trainer for West Hills College. While at West Hills, he helps over see a total of 6 sports.

DR. JEN JESCHKE PT, DPT, CMPT, MFDc - PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Jennifer is a Wisconsin native, born and raised in Racine, WI. She established her career in Lake Mills in 2004 and opened Optimal Physical Therapy in 2005.   

 

She is an active member of the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association, currently serving as our district chair and board of directors for the Private Practice Special Interest Group. She received her Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Areas of special interest and expertise include orthopedic and sports medicine, Injured Worker rehabilitation, and injury prevention, Trigger Point Dry Needling and Myofascial Decompression Techniques, and is a Certified Golf Performance Specialist through Nike and the Gray Institute.  

 

In her free time she enjoys volleyball, golf, swimming, travel, and running her 2 Texas rescue dogs. 

DR. NATHANIEL HOOVER PT, DPT, OCS - PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Raised in Wisconsin, Dr. Nate Hoover earned his Bachelor’s degree from UW-La Crosse in Exercise Sports Science and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UW- Madison.  He then completed the UW-Meriter Orthopedic PT Residency and is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist. In addition, he is trained in triggerpoint dry needling which complements his manual therapy treatment approach for individuals of all ages.

 

When not treating his patients, Dr. Hoover enjoys golfing, hunting, softball, traveling and spending time with his family/friends (including his rescue Redbone Coonhound, Harley).

DR. KENDRA MINICK DC, CACCP - CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Kendra Minick, was born and raised in Columbus, WI. After school, she moved back to the area and opened Anchor Chiropractic & Wellness, LLC.  

 

She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition from Winona State University. Dr. Kendra then received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College in Davenport, IA. 

When she isn’t serving practice members she enjoys being active, spending time outside on a snowmobile or a boat, and spending time with her family and friends.
